African land is an agricultural mine. The soil is very fertile, but the conservation of all that this land produces is a real challenge.

SIFODI will help local communities in Africa to preserve fruits and vegetables, as it already is the case with meat and fish. We will set up a conservation laboratory in Baguida commune in Lome - Togo to train peasant women for two weeks in November 2019.

 

After the training, we will assist beneficiaries to access micro-credits or donations to install laboratories in their communities. They will then be able to train others and market their own products.
